INVITATION:  Sealed Proposals, subject to the conditions herein stated and attached hereto, will be received at this office until 12:00 P.M. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2025, for the purchase of the services listed below:

WIRELESS NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE

All information may be obtained via the following web address: www.rcsdplans.com  You may also obtain the documents in person at the Administrative Office Building of the Rankin County School District, located at 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon Mississippi, 39042. 

Bidder must submit three (3) sealed proposal copies to: Sam Lemonis, Director of Purchasing, Rankin County School District, 1220 Apple Park Place, Brandon, MS, 39042, 601-825-5590.  You also have the option to submit your proposal electronically at www.rcsdplans.com

In order to be considered the following must appear on the outside of the envelope:

The Rankin County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or any groups thereof and waive formalities. 

Proposals cannot be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening date. Once accepted by the School Board, no proposals may be withdrawn.
