RFP Responses:
Responses may be submitted in electronic format through https://www.rcsdplans.com or delivered to 1220 Apple Park Place Brandon, MS 39042.
All responses are time-stamped by the system upon receipt or by the front desk.
Late responses will not be accepted.
RFP Responses must be submitted before the acceptance deadline as indicated in the above Schedule of Activities and Timeline. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all Bid documents are uploaded by the designated date and time.
RFP Response Format:
Bidders only need to submit the following forms in order as one single electronic document with tabs:
1. Section IV – Proposal Response Form
2. Section V – Response to Proposal Submission Requirements
3. Addendum(s) – If Applicable
4. Attachment A – Immigrant Worker Regulation and Signature Page
5. Attachment B – Statement of Insurance
Bidders must submit the following separately from the above in its original format in a single PDF.
1. Bidder Pricing Proposal per Section V.14.
